ARTA officials inspect Navotas offices
The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) conducted an on-site inspection in various offices of Navotas City's local government unit (LGU) on March 10. The arrival of ARTA officials was warmly welcomed by Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco, who emphasized the importance of regular inspections to ensure that LGUs comply with the Anti-Red Tape Act and Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act.
The ARTA team conducted a thorough inspection of the LGU's offices, including the issuance of permits, licenses, and other documents, to identify possible areas for improvement in public service delivery.
Mayor Tiangco expressed his gratitude to the ARTA officials for their visit and assured them that their recommendations and suggestions would be taken into account to further enhance public service delivery to the people of Navotas.
