Navotas center offers NegoSeminar 

The NavotaAs Hanapbuhay Center (NHC) is offering an In-house NegoSeminar every Wednesday at 9 AM in the 1st floor lobby of Navotas City Hall to teach interested individuals how to start or grow their business.
